Our premise is that the majority of what causes us chronic physical and mental pain or suffering can be linked to insufficient or poor diet, exercise and/or mental outlook. We believe there are many simple lifestyle choices one can make to optimize one’s physical and mental health, and therefore lead a better quality of life.
