Ok, haven't posted in a while due a forced 2+week hiatus trying to shake off a nasty flu/cough. Today's featured exercise is a Reverse Grip Dumbbell Bench Press... known for greater Upper Chest & Tricep Activation, and being gentler on the Shoulder Joint. I had just worked my way back to a recent peak in Lean Body Muscle Mass following a vacation in April, but lost 3.5 lbs LBMM in just 2 weeks from pausing weight training.
