Greek Yogurt Smoothie

Serving Size: 1

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, cherries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • ½ cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup soy milk (or low fat milk)
  • 2 tbs flax, chia or hemp seed
  • ½ cup water

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1 tsp agave nectar, raw honey, or stevia
  • 1 scoop protein powder or tofu
  • 1 scoop Superfood/Greenfoods powder (or handful of raw spinach, kale or other leafy greens)

Directions:

Blend on HIGH until nice & smooth, then enjoy!
