Shopping List Favorites

Eating better starts with better meal planning and shopping. If you plan out meals for the next week or so, and shop and stock up on the right ingredients at home, you will tend to eat better too. Stock up your fridge or pantry with what you intend to eat at home. It’s basically the right “See Food” diet…you will gravitate to eating what is accessible and what you “see”. Here’s a Shopping List of some of my favorite better food choices when I go grocery shopping.
