Why I Like It
A bit of a disclaimer…I don’t like this nearly as much as the Joseph’s Pita Wraps or Lavash Flat Bread, but some people prefer this more traditional bread bun shape. 150 Calories for the top and bottom bun, but slightly higher than my recommended less than 2.5x Net Carb to Protein target (28g Total Carbs, less 3g Dietary Fiber, with 7g Protein = 3.6x Net Carb: Protein). The one pictured here is the Veggie Herb version. They also make Multigrain and Whole Wheat versions that have similar macros.
